A Decade in Marketing, A Personal Passion for Wellness


For well over a decade, I’ve worked in advertising, sales, media and marketing, all while pursuing a genuine passion for health and wellness in my personal life.

Through my own journey with nutrition, mindfulness and fitness, I came to appreciate just how powerful this space can be. Not just personally, but in the impact it has on people’s lives.


Over time, it became clear that this was the industry I wanted to focus my work on. I didn’t want to market anything and everything. I wanted to bring my marketing expertise to brands and businesses whose values genuinely correspond with my own.


That’s why I started YourMarketingM8.


To align my passion with my expertise. To bring the same level of care, clarity and enthusiasm to wellness brands that they bring to their clients.
